阿己雪漬物店のあゆみ
三百余年前、東海道有数の宿場町として栄えた岡崎の地に、諸大名のお立場を開業したのが弊店の始まりでございます。
往時より、創意をこらした漬物を食膳に添え好評を博しておりました。
明治の初め、開化とともに名古屋に進出を図り、七代目が料亭を長島町に、漬物店を広小路に専門店として開業致しました。
その後、町の趨勢に応じて現在の地に店舗を構え、阿己雪漬物店としては五代目の当主が創業以来の伝承の味をたしなみ続けております。
一子相伝の味
材料の吟味の具合、漬ける頃合や腕のたしかさ、すべては味が寡黙に語りかけます。
